Primary Key LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Convierge mobile application and the website at convierge.app (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

By using Convierge, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Information you provide directly

• Account information: If you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, and password.
• Trip data: Destinations, itinerary details, dream board items, and other content you create within the app.
• Contact form submissions: If you contact us through the website, we collect your name, email address, and message content.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data: We collect anonymized data about how you interact with the app, including features used, pages viewed, and session duration. This helps us improve the Service.
• Device information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for compatibility and debugging purposes.

Information we do NOT collect

• We do not collect your precise GPS location.
• We do not access your contacts, photos, or other personal files.

Data Storage and Security

Your trip data, dream board items, and itinerary information are stored locally on your device by default. If you create an account and opt into cloud sync, your data is stored on secure servers in the United States.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Services

We may use the following third-party services that have their own privacy policies:

• Currency exchange rate providers: To deliver live exchange rates. No personal data is shared with these providers.
• Analytics services: To understand how the app is used in aggregate. Data is anonymized before transmission.
• App Store platforms: Apple App Store and Google Play Store have their own data collection practices during download and purchase.

We do not share your personal information with advertisers. Convierge does not display third-party ads.

Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

• Access your data: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct your data: Update or correct inaccurate personal information.
• Delete your data: Request deletion of your personal information and account. You can also delete your local data at any time by uninstalling the app.
• Opt out of analytics: You may disable analytics collection in the app settings.
• Withdraw consent: Where we rely on consent to process your data, you may withdraw it at any time.

Children's Privacy

Convierge is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

If you use Convierge from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our servers are located. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure your data is protected in accordance with this policy.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. When you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Anonymized, aggregated data (which cannot identify you) may be retained indefinitely for analytics and product improvement purposes.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
